It took years before I finally found the cause of the most infuriating experience of my life, "workplace bullying and mobbing". In the late 1990s and early 2000s nobody in the United States had heard these terms and I was going out of my mind trying to figure it all out. Then, I stumbled across a website in the United Kingdom BullyOnLine, which both saved and changed my life.

At first, reveling in what I thought of as a personal victory, I began my study, digging into all the details that BullyonLine expertly offered. After coming away with still just a rudimentary understanding, the feeling of personal victory started fading away with the unexpected complexity of the subject matter.
Soon, I was dishearten having come to not only learn, but to fully understand how serious my work bully and mobbing problem really was, having already evolved well beyond saving. You see bullyOnline, described my situation EXACTLY and keeping the job that I loved was simply not in the cards. But still, loving my job like I did, I didn't want to give-up and continued my solo study of bullyOnline, learning every bit of the TRUTH, the ONLY source I found ANY WHERE at that time around 2004. HR at my workplace didn't believe me, the hard copies I made from bullyOnline hitting the garbage unread moments after handing them over to the HR rep..

Then, after reading in my local newspaper that someone living across the nation committed suicide because of "workplace bullying", the feeling of personal victory had completely vanished, having been replaced by what was then, and continues to be the greatest challenge of my life... Getting the word out, in the hope, that all working adults will...

--More realistically I didn't want another person to die of suicide for lack of knowing! Although I was NEVER suicidal myself, (no job is worth my life) I could see how EASILY someone could be driven to do so, especially someone very much like me, but whose temperament was tweaked just a little bit differently in the wrong way.
By the time I read about the suicide, I had already put in tons of research on the subject of workplace bullying and mobbing and coincidentally (or by the hand of God), the author of the article about the suicide, lives and works close to my home in the state of Connecticut. The rest is pretty much history and resulted in the 3 linked websites below.
